SITE ACCESS

You will be able to access the majority of this website without having to register any details with us. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.

USE OF WEBSITE

You are permitted to use our website for your own purposes and to print and download material from this Website provided that you do not modify any content without our consent. Materials on this website must not be republished online or offline without our permission.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by us or our licensors and must not be reproduced without our prior consent.

No part of this Website may be reproduced without our prior written permission.

REGISTRATION OF A TRAINING & EXAMINATION OFFERED UNDER ICorr or IOGS CERTIFICATION SCHEME

For participating in an IOGS Online and/or Class Room Based Training and Examination, you would have to get registered through our portal https://www.iogs.org/register_now, would have to pay the course fee of the training and examination you are interested in participating through our payment gateway provider either PayPal. The currency conversion from USD to INR is made through www.xe.com.

Online Training & Examination Registration: If you get registered to participate in an IOGS online training and examination, you will receive a registration confirmation email from IOGS to your email registered with us. Login credentials for online learning are sent within 24 hours of registrations to enable you to log in to our learning management system. To start an online training you have registered for, visit our website www.iogs.org, click the student login button, this click will take you to our sub-domain page www., the page will ask you to enter your login credentials (the same credentials you received from us). As soon as you enter the right login credential the online training page will then be opened. The online training page contains slides to read, videos to watch, and MCQs to play. To prepare yourself for your online examination of the training you have registered for, you would have to read all slides, watch all videos, and play all MCQs (at least once) before you go ahead to take your online examination.

You must take your online examination within 45 days of your registration, failing to this the examination of your registered training would be deactivated, and you would have to re-register the same training as new by paying the full course fee again.

​

The login credential of online training will be disabled as soon as the online examination is completed, or after 45 days of registration.

​

Cancellation or Class Transfer Policy of an Online Training: Once you get registered and pay the fee the online training can not be canceled and/or changed. All our online training programs are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE.

Class Room Based Training & Examination Registration: All our classroom-based training program is scheduled in India and Overseas and is conducted in a hotel or our approved training center. If you get registered for an ICorr or IOGS classroom-based training and examination, you will receive a confirmation email from training@itcglobal.org to your email id registered with us. The email will contain your registration number and course study material of the training you have registered for. The study material is to be used to prepare for the training/exam you have registered for. You as a registered candidate for a classroom-based training/exam will receive venue details, training/examination date & time, along with the location map to participate in the training. The venue details are sent through email to a candidate email registered with us before 15 days of a training start. You would have to report and tell your registration number to our representative at the venue/training center for participating in a scheduled training program you have registered for.

You as a registered candidate participating in a classroom-based training must report yourself at the venue on the scheduled date and time for participating in the training/examination you have registered for. If you do not report or appear at the venue on the scheduled date and time for participating in the scheduled training, this is considered as NO SHOW, and no refund is provided in the case of NO SHOW.

 

Cancellation or Class Transfer Policy of a Classroom-Based Training: In the event of cancellation by a candidate, the course fee is refunded less than a cancellation charge of USD 100. To transfer one class to another, the class transfer fee of USD 75 is charged to a candidate.

If the cancellation request received by a candidate less than 15 days of a class start, we reserve the right to retain the whole course fee. No cancellation and/or class transfer is done when a request received less than 15 days of a class start.

​

We reserve the right to alter the advertised training course(s) and/or examination schedule(s), which may include cancellation of an event or training course.

​

We reserve the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any training or examination without notifying a candidate in order to continuously provide a high-quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.

​

When an event or classroom-based training/course is canceled, candidates with confirmed bookings/registration will be offered alternative dates (without any charge), if none can be provided then a full refund will be given to the candidate.

​

We will not be liable for any losses or expenses, including consequential, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the event/training and/or examination content and schedule including cancellation.

​

Accommodation: You are responsible for arranging your accommodation, transportation, and food by yourself, however, accommodation may be arranged at a reasonable price/cost.

​

EXAMINATION RESULT

Upon completion of an IOGS examination, you can check your result online using your registration number and name through our website. It takes 2 - 3 weeks to announce a result after examination.

ICorr or IOGS issues a Certificate of Achievement and a Wallet Card to all successful candidates, the validity of the issued certificate would be for 3 years (IOGS) and 5 years (ICorr) that can be renewed within 3 months of the expiry date by meeting the renewal requirements of ICorr or IOGS Certification Scheme.

Failure notification is issued to an unsuccessful candidate. All unsuccessful candidates may re-take their examination within 90 days of the failure notification issue date. An additional re-take fee is applicable for re-seating the examination of the failed part. All certificates issued from IOGS can be verified on its website www.iogs.org. It takes 3 - 5 weeks to issue the certificate after the result announcement.

CERTIFICATE SHIPMENT/DISPATCH

We will notify you through email to re-confirm your address before we dispatch your certificate(s) and/or wallet card(s). We will also send a scanned copy of your certificate to your email registered with us before we dispatch the original to your address. Our normal certificate shipping method is through registered post and speed post, it takes 3 - 5 business days to deliver the shipment within India, and 3 - 5 weeks to deliver the shipment overseas.  If you want us to dispatch your certificate with a shipping method other than speed/registered post such as DTDC or DHL, an additional shipment fee between 30 - 90 USD/shipment is applicable for the same. For this please send an email to training@itcglobal.org once you check your result. A shipment tracking number is provided to you through email as soon as we dispatch a certificate to your address.

SITE UPTIME

We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to the server and, other technical issues. Therefore, we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

With the exception of personally identifiable information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy, any material you send or post to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and not confidential.
